From the beginning, kurimanzutto has supported publications and editorial projects that communicate the work of the artists it represents. An alternative format to the gallery or museum show, books and published material have a longer life span and provide a platform for ideas and projects to reach a more geographically diverse audience.

This interest evolved into the bookstore, which took its present shape in 2008 when the gallery established its exhibition space. With over 200 titles on sale, the bookstore offers exhibition catalogues, monographs and artist books as well as journals, critical texts, publications on architecture and art history, novels, collections of poetry and essays, vinyl records and DVDs. Moreover, it collaborates with independent publishers and distributes editorial projects such as the Alias series.
